OWNER/ INSTRUCTOR
I was born and raised in Oklahoma City and have had a love for movement my entire life. I hold a BFA in Modern Dance Performance from the University of Oklahoma, where I performed with Contemporary Dance Oklahoma both domestically and internationally.
I was first introduced to Pilates mat work in college, but it wasn’t until I became certified to teach barre that I truly began my Pilates journey. I am comprehensively certified by Sarah Malloy through Balanced Body and have been teaching for over a decade.
I love working with clients to help them find a deeper connection between their mind and body by practicing this beautiful act of self-care. My favorite aspect of being in this industry has been the amazing relationships I’ve formed with clients and instructors, creating a community of people from all walks of life. I am incredibly grateful to do this work, and I hope to provide a welcoming environment for anyone who wants to experience the Pilates method.

i was first introduced to Pilates while studying theatre in college and I fell in love with the method. After graduating with a BA in Theatre, I looked to continue my practice by enrolling in a 650-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training program through Vitality Pilates in Seattle, WA. I have taught since 2009 and enjoy mentoring instructors just embarking on their teaching journey.
i teach energetic, form-focused classes that challenge all levels. My goal is to inspire you to deepen your Pilates practice each time you walk in the door. I love giving clients the tools to build strength and increase mobility. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients as individuals and I hope to see you soon!
fERAN MORGret
instructor
I was born and raised in Oklahoma and always had a passion for dance and movement. After years in ballet all the way through college, I moved to Seattle and discovered Pilates. Under the guidance of Amie Baca-Hess, a Peak Pilates Master Instructor, I earned my comprehensive certification and have been teaching for 13 years. I further developed my skill set when living in L.A. for 10 years and meeting the challenges of highly athletic clientele. Pilates brings a much needed balance to me between my full-time corporate marketing job; and I love bringing that balance to my clients however it may best support them. I am also an avid horseback rider and have first-hand seen the benefits Pilates brings to my seat and position, and have done several equestrian Pilates workshops to help other riders and their horses benefit.
ANNA MOODY
instructor
My name is Anna, and I am a Pilates and Yoga instructor. I have always been passionate about movement and fitness, as I grew up as a competitive tennis player and dancer. I am a Pilates teacher with training from Balanced Body, and I completed the majority of my training at Align Studios in Austin, TX. Moving my body, whether through yoga or Pilates, is an act of self-care for me, and I hope my clients have the same positive experience in my classes. When I am not practicing, I enjoy being outside, going for walks with my two dogs, and spending time with my fiancé!
